see if you have a "proffesional" install all your suspension then yeah. replacing all the suspension is really easy. it's just a matter of getting the parts. the body work will be the expensive part. the body work is really not that bad. rear bumper can just be replaced. if you are getting your car re-painted you are looking at 2K for the paint alone. i guess what i am trying to say is if you do some of the work yourself you can have the car fixed for not that much money. the insurance adjustor takes the time that takes to fix each part of the car. so let's say that they figure 15hrs of body work at lets say $80 per shop/hr then that alone is $1200.
